UPS Reported communication error - acquisition is hanging

Hi, anyone able to help or point me in the right direction?

Got an R/T 3000, connected via USB cable.

Every 5min or so, it pops up with Reported communication error. "The acquisition is hanging"

Tried these versions, 2_02_081, 087, 089 - same issue.

Hi,

Latest version of HPE Power Protector should work but since you have already tried and not working, please

download the older versions from link below and check..1.05.x or 1.06.x
