I am facing the probs that the battery cannot charge.
UPS is A1354A-PowerTrust II-LR 2.0kVA(1.4kW) UPS 230V with battery HP-A1357A. One day, my battery cannot be charged. Leds is
(A) - is green - Operating on AC line
(B)&(C)&(D) - off
(E) - green & off periodly
(F) - green
There are no beeps anymore.
I tried to replace another battery but go the same status.
Pls help to troubleshoot my situation.

Failing that, You may have a bad PDU. The Power Distribution Unit will have to be replaced.

Server connecting to thisUPS is woking normally. the battery can live about 10mins after power outage,
