Using of HP Smart Array E208e-p (804398-B21 ) in order to connect DL360, DL380 and IBM Storage

Dear Team. 

May I ask for your help? Our customer would like to use HP Smart Array E208e-p SR Gen10/No Cache/12Gb/2 ext. mini-SAS/PCI-E 3.0x8(HP&LP bracket in order to connect DL 360, DL380 and IBM Storage. Does he need customised FW for this? Does such FW is available?
