Web Consoles & Java
My two web consoles do not work and it seems to be related to the latest version of Java in my browsers. While attempting to log in, the java logo appears and just stays there and I never do connect to my web consoles, has anybody had this experience and what did you do to resolve it ?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Web Consoles & Java
Shalom,
I've run into this before. I had to designate a browser and workstation for connecting to consoles that did not have the latest java.
These webconsoles rarely have updates on firmware or software and gradually updates to clients break connectivity between the workstation and the console.
Depending on your system, you may be able to go to a network based console instead. Our security department here in Jerusalem does not like us to use the webconsole boxes due to inherent security flaws in the technology.
It is sometimes possible to correct this problem by clearing your broweser cache, sticking to IE(ewww), and weekly reboots of the web consoles themselves.
