What is the R at the end of some product numbers? How a customer can know if a product is refurbished, remarked or anything else?

Solution
Khalil,
An "R" at the end of an HP partnumber indicates that it is a remanufactured product. So same as new quality standard, no difference. Only better prices ;-)
These products are supplied (worldwide) by HP under the HP Renew Program. Check out:
http://www.hp.com/products/hprenew
For more info on the program.
Hope this helps
Regards,
Marc
