tc2120 bios recovery

Hi,
i downloaded the latest bios for my hp server tc2120 (bios23.exe), and tried updating it. Now, when i power on, a yellow led appear with the green led of the power, what´s wrong?

Thanks. The document that you posted here is part of the manuals i got from hp support page. That's the procedure i did to update my bios. One doubt i have is: do i have to set ALL components of switch 1 to ON or just the first one? (which is the recovery). I set the first one to ON, and then flashed the BIOS. I haven't heard any long beep in the end, and my screen wasn't blank, it was showing the status of the flash (the output of award.exe, i think).
Now, when i power on the server, my screen remains blank and the power led keeps blinking yellow. What does mean when the power led keeps blinking?
