An office in a box with the HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus
The new MicroServer really shines as a platform for validated HPE Small Office Deployment solutions, delivering enterprise-class capabilities alongside Aruba Instant On wireless networking and the HPE RDX Removable Disk System for local backup and recovery.
You may have seen my recent blog post about how smart businesses are catching on to the trend of improving the customer experience—or CX, as it’s called. That means making your customers happy—because happy customers help grow your business! At that time, we had two configuration sizes for HPE Small Business Solutions for Small Office Deployment, our “office-in-a-box” solution for connecting your customers and employees with fast, secure Wi-Fi. You could choose from the HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen10-based configuration for up to 25 users or the HPE ProLiant DL20 for up to 100 users.
Well, at Hewlett Packard Enterprise we understand that businesses of every size need fast Wi-Fi experiences for customers, employees, and practitioners. That’s why we’ve just announced a configuration that’s good for up to 10 users—so you can connect with customers no matter how big, or small, your business is.
Giving customers what they want starts with the new HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus. It’s engineered to unlock your potential, with the new-generation Intel E-2200 processor; essential HPE iLO5 management for intelligent health, operations, and predictive insights; and edge-to-cloud connectivity right out of the box. It’s also part of the world’s most secure industry-standard server portfolio.1 Plus, it comes with HPE Rapid Setup—a wizard-driven utility that makes deploying your server and Windows Server 2019 operating system as easy as setting up a smartphone.
But it doesn’t stop there. The ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus really shines as a platform for validated small office solutions like HPE Small Office Deployments. It’s:
- Small: the size of a hardcover book, it easily fits on a desk, in a front office, or on the reception desk of a medical office.
- Quiet: At just 36 decibels, it’s whisper-quiet2, quieter than a library3, so there’s no need to hide it in the break room or closet.
- Ready for virtualization: with a 4-port NIC you can run four virtual machines, with each port supporting a VM.
It’s just right for small and midsize businesses (SMBs) and remote and branch offices (ROBOs)—making it ideal for law firms, doctor and dentist offices, retail stores, restaurants, and import/export businesses, for example, with up to ten users.
