Accelerate Business Insights with HPE Scalable Persistent Memory
Do you want to accelerate the time it takes to draw business insights from data? Then check out HPE Scalable Persistent Memory.
We recently introduced HPE Scalable Persistent Memory with up to a terabyte of capacity running at memory speeds allowing you to address large storage bottlenecks, such as storing an entire database in memory.
HPE is working with Intel and Microsoft to create an Intel Select Solution for Microsoft SQL Server 2016 with HPE Scalable Persistent Memory on the HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Server. Intel Select Solutions are workload-optimized data center solutions that simplify and accelerate the process of selecting and deploying the hardware and software needed for todayโs broad, complex array of workloads and applications.
The Microsoft SQL Server 2016 with HPE Scalable Persistent Memory solution delivers new levels of OLTP database performance enabling you to conduct business operations much faster and continue to meet SLAs that are required for enterprise business. HPE intends to deliver this solution in the form of a reference architecture in the fourth quarter of 2017.
โIntel Select Solutions simplify and accelerate the process of selecting and deploying the hardware and software needed for todayโs complex array of applications,โ said Kristin Hansen, Director of Solutions Marketing for Intelโs Data Center Group. โHPEโs development of an Intel Select Solution for Microsoft SQL Server 2016 will allow customers to more easily utilize an optimized, scalable, hybrid database platform.โ
