Exploring Just Right IT Solutions at HPE Discover Las Vegas

Small and midsize businesses (SMBs) are striving to create new and effective strategies to better serve customers and increase workplace productivity. Accelerating innovation is the first step to enhancing the speed and quality of operations. Organizations across all sectors are investing in small business IT solutions to achieve new levels of performance.

At this year’s HPE Discover Las Vegas, thousands of attendees came together—including Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) leadership, partners, industry experts, and customers—to learn about and col1200x627 ClearOS Panel_Session.jpglaborate on the future of computing. SMBs were invited to join HPE Transformation Advisors at the Transformation Zone to discuss hybrid IT solutions that are streamlining operations, enhancing end-to-end performance, and empowering digital innovation, all at an affordable price. At the Transformation Experience Workshop, business leaders had the opportunity to explore technologies that facilitate IT management, automation, and modernization. Through a series of in-depth interactive sessions, HPE leaders helped SMBs create a customized strategic roadmap to guide today’s technological investments and drive future innovation. Attendees were asked to define their business goals in order to align IT priorities with Just Right IT solutions well-suited to their business requirements.

Partnering for success

HPE is pleased to announce a new partnership with ClearCenter which aims to simplify IT environments for SMBs. By implementing safe and affordable server, network, and gateway technologies, up-and-coming businesses will have the ability to reduce architecture and management costs while operating on a highly personalized platform to satisfy their individual business needs. With the HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 with ClearOS preloaded, business leaders can revolutionize their critical business processes and position themselves for valuable competitive advantage. These solutions are available in June 2017.

Inspiring innovation

Based on this collaborative effort, SMBs can benefit from the superior performance and flexibility of cutting-edge compute architectures. Backed by the newly announced HPE ProLiant Gen10 portfolio, the world’s most secure industry standard servers and ClearOS software are equipping SMBs to evolve quickly and cost-effectively. Powerful servers, such as the HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10, combined with ClearOS open source operating systems establish an intuitive, secure, and affordable IT environment that promises to deliver optimal agility and scalability. And with over a hundred customizable applications, these solutions are enabling SMBs to operate like major enterprises, simplifying IT management and effectively allocating compute resources for continuous growth.

In addition to high-performance OS solutions, HPE presented a series of products designed to improve data storage management capabilities. Last week, HPE announced the new 3PAR all-flash, Nimble Storage, fifth-generation MSA storage, and robust data protection solutions. These technologies are designed to maximize SMB productivity and optimize data management capabilities with on-premises and cloud-based services, while adhering to limited IT budgets and space restrictions. Moreover, all-flash hybrid arrays are harnessing the power of predictive analytics in order to improve efficiency, resiliency, and network security.
