When is continuous business, really continuous?

As far as I now HP is the only company that has 100% availability.

When the dollar amount loss can be measured by the seconds of downtime, and seconds of lost data, nothing should be left to chance.

 

I do not for for certain but I could imagine that in healthcare, downtime could be a matter of life and death.
