2 nodes clsuter, CFS offline DB Filesystem tape backup is very slow through HP-DP

Hello All,

Required your light on the subject issue. DB offline backup through HP-DP  is taking double the time after the OS upgrade. the amount of data is 480 GB. its taking more than 9:00 hrs

Below is the mount option set for the CFS filesystem.

/dev/vx/dsk/xxx_dg01/vol01 on /u02 type vxfs ioerror=disable,largefiles,qio,cluster,crw,log,nodatainlog,dev=200bb80

Kindly advice.. any more options required to enhance the tape backup.

What OS upgrade?  What did you upgrade?  What version of the operating system are you running?

What type of tape drive are you using?  What version of Data Protector?

Sorry not OS upgrade only service guard version upgraded from  A.11.18 to A.11.19 and HP-data protector is  6.1..
