Hi,
My objective is to have the shared SAN storage mount point like /cifs to be accessed by Windows client and this /cifs need to have HA feature.
What I plan to do is to install and configure the CIFS server onto both nodes and include this SAN disk into one package.
Does it work and any doc on how to configure the CIFS server?
thanks,

Re: CIFS server with mc service guard.
absolutely. Use the Samba toolkit.
