I need to have a file system and not a rawdevice.
I know that SG11.18 can implemet it. but need of any EXTENSION?
What is the procedure ?

Solution
Hi,
If its a standard filesystem then you should have no problems. I am running A.11.18 on a number of clustered nodes running SLES10 with no problems at all. You also won't need any extensions if a simple cluster config is all you require.
If by "procedure" you mean "how do you accomplish this", the answer really depends on what hardware you have, how it is connected to the network how it is conencted to your SAN, and how many nodes you want in your cluster......

Re: HP Service Guard 11.18
SGLX can be used with RedHat 4 GFS in a co-existence model. http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=gfs_coexist
The Red Hat 5 version of GFS has not been tested yet. I expect it to work the same. Testing for this should start soon.
