Simpler Navigation for Servers and Operating Systems

Linux ServiceGuard with DRBD

Hello.

I have to mount a Linux cluster with two storage arrays that are not connected via SAN.
Is this supported Serviceguard Linux with DRBD?

Thanks.

Re: Linux ServiceGuard with DRBD

Serviceguard for Linux works with disk storage at the LVM layer - a higher layer than DRBD according to the graphic on http://www.drbd.org/

That site discusses LVM with DRBD: http://www.drbd.org/users-guide/ch-lvm.html

The Release Notes do not specify HP will support for DRBD, meaning that HP has not tested the DRBD layer with Serviceguard.
