Hello,
1. Forget the lock disk; it is apparent you don't have the right kind of array(s). Only arrays with multiple port connects (fibre channel) can support the lock disk with 3/4-node clusters (5 or more nodes the lock disk is unsupported). Go with the quorum server, which is free:
