One of the reasons they are the best is because they don't jump quickly. Before they add support they very thoroughly test.
This improves quality control a great deal.

I'm interested in how long does it take for HP (on the average) to come out with the new version? It may be worth waiting as we can install the required services making less effort using v4.

It depends on the complexity of the software(SG), and how much resources HP puts into it.
As a customer, you can request they proceed more quickly.
I don't work for HP, I'm just reporting based on experience.

All I can say now is that we have started the process. It is expected to be a release that has the same features as A.11.16. Ask your sales rep to contact the development team if you are interested in "early release" bits.
