SGLX Volume Group issue

I have a two node Serviceguard cluster as follow:
OS: RedHT 4
SG: 11.18

I have confirgure three volume groups between the nodes. vgpkg1, vgpkg2 and vgclog

After reboot. WHen I run vgdisplay -v on any of the VGs, the status of the logical volume is: NOT available (see below):
[root@DL38-339 backup]# vgdisplay -v vgclog
Using volume group(s) on command line

The Logical Volumes where all available before and i could mount them on both nodes (not at the same time ofcourse).
