My concern is I want to prevent both subnet's hosts to mount the other's share. It seems to me that nfs packages cannot ensure that (binding to all available addresses).

Then you want to specify who can mount what in the nfs configuration. It's not a SG/LX issue any more and you can use only one package exporting several fs to different targets.
