Serviceguard on non-HP servers
Hi,
We intend to migrate the HP-UX environment to RHEL. Unfortunately, the Linux environemnt is not running on HP servers which raises the question, if it is supported at all to run SGLX on non-HP x86 servers?
The support matrix does only list HP gear for the server part...
Thanks in advance!

Re: Serviceguard on non-HP servers
My guess is that some of the hardware options probably work because they might use general libs,
software should be not a problem. The only way to find out what works is to try it out on a test machine.

Re: Serviceguard on non-HP servers
Thanks. I would expect it to work - but it is not even worth trying it when such a non-HP server configuration is not officially supported. Thus, my question still is if such a scenario is supported? (which doesn't seem to be the case...)

Re: Serviceguard on non-HP servers
Hi All, Servicegard for Linux A.12.xx.xx can now be deployed on any x86_64 server. Refer HPE Serviceguard for Linux Certification Matrix HPE Servers?V 4.13, June 2016 for more details.
