Stopping package when one node goes down
I have a six node cluster. When one node goes down I would like to stop a few packages automatically. Is it possible with ServiceGuard definitions or do I have to write a script?

I don't think so. With package weights you can limit the number of packages running on a node and you can set priorities for packages so if a few nodes went down you can let the higher priority packages survive and since the capacity of the nodes are filled with high priority packages the lower priority packages will be stopped.
If you don't care which packages stop you could write a service the counts the number of running packages and if the number of nodes in the cluster is below a value the service exits and the package shuts down.
