local LAN failover betweeb 100BT and GbE

This is a quote from the Managing MC/ServiceGuard Manual:

'Note that a local switchover is supported only between two LANs of the same type. For example, a local switchover between Ethernet and FDDI interfaces is not supported, but a local switchover between 10BT Ethernet and 100BT Ethernet is supported.'

Although I can't find it stated explicitly anywhere,I assume that local switchover between 100BT and GbE is also supported.. or does anyone know different?

Cheers

Assuming you are talking about GigaBit or 1000MBT, this is still Ethernet, and is supported.
It is not the speed that is the issue, but the topology
