query regarding Serviceguard 11.19 cluster lock lvm

in my enviorement i am having active and passive cluster node.i have observed that cluster lock LVM vg created like normval VG , but it should be created like cluster aware right ? please confirm.

And i have observed that in active node cluster lock vg is not in active state , but in passive node cluster lock vg is in active state. please confirm if i am wrong ????

The lock disk must be visible to both nodes, typically part of a VG that is seen by both nodes. However, the structure used for the lock disk is not part of LVM. The lock disk is accessed using the disk device file, not with LVM definitions so the state of the VG on either node is not relevant.
