sglx lock lun on suse 10

Hi
I'm trying to install sglx on suse 10 machines (dl585 g2).
I have problems in creating the lock lun device.
note : on suse the fdisk command is not recommended to use in order to create lock lun.

Does anyone have a cookbook on how to create a lock lun on suse 10 ?
The pdf from HP only says to use yast2, it does not explain the process of creating the lock lun.

Actually, if fdisk is there, just use it. It is not there for Itanium systems.

Lock Lun just needs a type 83 partition. I don't have the process handy but as I remember just walking through the yast2 process was pretty easy.

Re: sglx lock lun on suse 10

after creating the partition from one system I tried to see it on the other node and succeeded only after creating the block device of the partition manualy on the other node.
the command was :
#mknod /dev/hdd1 b 8 17
I also played with the cfdisk (ascii mode)

Thank you for the response ...
