snmp trap with sglx

Hello.

from the service guard quickspec its seems that only HPUX support sending snmp traps.

Do you know a way to send an snmp traps from linux systems to third party monitor system when a failer occerd in the service guard?

The customer dont want to use the service guard manager.

Right now this cannot be done because the Serviceguard daemon cmsnmpd responsible for SNMP is not part of the SG/LX distribution. You will need to wait for a future release which should provide this.
