5 Reasons Why Customers Choose HPE ProLiant for Microsoft Azure Stack
Customers are constantly looking for new and innovative solutions to create their ideal data center. With the release of Microsoft Azure Stack, customers now have the ability to run Azure services on-premises, with the seamless compatibility of off-prem Azure public cloud.
When it comes to choosing a hardware vendor, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) knows there are many choices in the Microsoft Azure Stack market. If you are in the market for an Azure Stack solution, here are 5 factors that always come up as to why our customers have chosen the HPE Platform over other solutions:
1. Most configurable solution available
As a fully customizable solution, HPE ProLiant for Microsoft Azure Stack offers the ability to right size a solution with anywhere from 4-16 nodes on the HPE ProLiant for Microsoft Azure Stack (Gen10) Solution. Competitors only offer t-shirt sizes in increments of 4, but with HPE, customers can choose any number up to 16, with incremental node add-ons as workload needs increase. Customers can also choose their choice of memory, storage, as well as different network switch options, such as Arista. This allows customers to design a solution that works specifically for their business without wasting resources.
2. Maximized Performance
HPE ProLiant for Microsoft Azure Stack provides higher storage capacity than competitors, with support up to 120 terabytes per node. This enables customers to run workloads at a faster rate, allowing for more memory bandwidth and capacity.
3. Pay-per-use pricing with HPE GreenLake
With HPE GreenLake, customers only pay for what they use, eliminating waste and preventing the possibility of under estimating costs. This allows customers to rapidly adjust their scale based upon their needs by being able to up their usage requirements. There is no upfront expense and everything is included in one monthly bill. HPE is the only vendor that provides consumption-based IT for Microsoft Azure Stack.
4. Unmatched Security
HPE ProLiant for Microsoft Azure Stack is built on the HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen 10 with Silicon Root of Trust technology. Security is checked and guaranteed on three levels, enabling customers to protect, detect, and recover from attacks automatically.
5. Microsoft Innovation Center: See it first hand
Located in 3 areas around the world (Washington, Switzerland, and Singapore), HPE and Microsoft jointly run HPE-Microsoft Azure Stack Innovation Centers. At the Innovation Centers, interested companies can meet with both HPE and Microsoft experts to see the latest hardware and software available. They can also plan, build, and test their Azure Stack workloads, use cases, and implement a proof of concept, allowing companies to discover how HPE ProLiant for Microsoft Azure Stack works in their own environment.
With all of these reasons, it is no wonder why customers choose HPE as their hardware vendor of choice when it comes to Microsoft Azure Stack.
