HPE Voted by IT Pros as 2016 Blade Server Performance Leader for 6th Year
IT Brand Pulse conducts an annual non-sponsored brand leader survey for several different categories globally. For the sixth consecutive year, HPE has been voted as the Performance leader in the Enterprise Blade Server category by IT Pros. HPE also carries the title of Market and Reliability leader in the same category for six years in a row.
HPE is committed to improve its product performance to better meet customer needs. HPE BladeSystem and ProLiant Gen9 Server blades have successfully exceeded the performance of previous generations. According to Demartek, the Gen9 server blades performed 30.4% faster than the Gen8 and 56.2% faster than the Gen7 server blade completing the same multiple streams of database workload queries. In addition to that, Gen9 server blade comparative configuration hardware costs 9% less than the Gen8 and 15% less than the G7. With faster performance and lower cost of operations, companies can continue to drive their business objectives knowing they are deploying an optimized infrastructure with HPE BladeSystem.
With the addition of HPE OneView, HPE BladeSystem can perform even better. HPE OneView dramatically simplifies day-to-day infrastructure management by pooling and allocating software-defined and physical resources through a single interface. With these continuous improvements over the years, HPE has proven itself to be the performance leader in the Blade server market.
