HPE has purchased the company SimpliVity for 650 million dollars in cash. It is a company dedicated to the development of hyperconverged infrastructure defined by software with great growth potential. HPE completes its hyperconverged technology offering, as it adds the SimpliVity solution to its infrastructure and to its cloud management and automation software.

They also face the challenges of tools such as data management platforms that require simple user interfaces for developers to scale and protect data with ease. It allows operating, storing and connecting equipment in a preconfigured system, but they are also managed by a user-friendly software platform, not needing a large team of professionals to configure it. maintenance.

In other words, the company's offer will increase considerably with the integrated protection of business data, as well as the necessary technology to simplify backups, facilitating the restoration of customer operations.

SimpliVity's technology will also provide HPE's portfolio with systems for efficient use of enterprise storage, as well as the management of virtual machines so that customers can control their costs and performance.
