Beginning today, HPE Synergy, the world's first platform architected for composable infrastructure, is generally available and has begun shipping.

Built from the ground up to bridge traditional and new IT, HPE Synergy provides user with the agility, speed and continuous delivery needed for today’s applications. HPE Synergy composes physical and virtual compute powered by Intel®, storage, and fabric pools Synergy Now Available.pnginto any configuration for any application through a single interface.  And as an extensible platform, it easily enables a broad range of applications and operational models such as virtualization, hybrid cloud, and DevOps. With HPE Synergy, IT can become not just the internal service provider but the business partner to rapidly launch new applications that become the business.

Announced in December 2015, HPE Synergy has been extensively tested for the last 6 months by over 100 beta customers. As Ric Lewis, SVP and GM for HPE Software-Defined and Cloud Group said, "We had 100 early-access customers, and we hadn't opened the floodgates on volume. Now we will!" 

From the early access beta customers, the response to HPE Synergy has been incredible. Customers who have already begun testing HPE Synergy in their datacenters include HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology, Boeing, ePlus and Virgin Media.
