Unlock maximum performance of resource intensive apps with HPE SmartMemory

StefianaAstari

As the demand for complex applications increases, customers want the best quality memory that integrates seamlessly with HPE servers, ensures reliability, and has energy-efficient quality to lower overall server power consumption. More enterprises need optimized and higher-speed memory to support the millions of data metric demands by modern customer uses, like big data business analytics, real-time data for social media, and now ubiquitous mobile applications.

23% improved memory performance.pngHPE SmartMemory is the answer to these enterprise needs, designed specifically for enterprise customers with a significant need for performance and capacity along with a desire to manage TCO[1]. High-capacity HPE SmartMemory dual in-line memory modules (DIMMs) improve memory performance up to 23%[2], providing servers with the bandwidth to host memory-demanding applications.

HPE SmartMemory offers the widest selection of types and capacities to leverage memory slots across HPE ProLiant Gen9 servers, including HPE BladeSystem. HPE iLO technology provides rapid insight into and resolutions for memory-related problems. With HPE SmartMemory, you can have up to 32 terabytes of memory[3] on a single BladeSystem, which reduces further investments for additional servers and the overall IT budgets. Debuting now, HPE is introducing DDR4 2400 MT/s SmartMemory modules for servers, with densities of 8GB through 128GB for enterprise customers and medium businesses.

By supporting HPE SmartMemory, HPE ProLiant Servers unlock a completely new level of maximum performance for resurce-intensive apps. With HPE SmartMemory, you can expand the memory without increasing footprint of your blade servers.
