Add a Flow with "Write-Action" Instruction via REST-API of HPE-SDN-Controller V 2.7.18

HI Shaun,

I just want to figure out how far I can use the openflow protocol with the 2920 HPE Switches. According to the OpenFlow 1.3.0 Documentation I can add a lot of diffrent forwarding Information to an incomming data paket in a so called "action set". This should enable me, to change the whole configuration of incomming traffic on a switch. The documentation also says I have to use the write_action to use this action set concept. So I try to work with the write_action command, which came up with OpenFlow Version 1.3.0.
