Is there a way to customize the port latency on a switch?

I have been using an HP ProCurve switch for experiments. Here I want to ask if I can customize the port latency to a specific value (e.g., 10ms).

Please help.

May be you can try changing the speed/duplex and check.

I tried "int 1,2 speed-duplex 100 auto-10" and then the port could not ping.

Seems only "100Mbps" supports the ping connection. Do you have any suggestions?
