Re: Problem with Interface RESTful when trying to obtain "flow table" on a switch

Hello sbotkine,

Thanks for your query.
We are working on your problem.
Meanwhile we would like to know  if you get the same error when you try REST API to see the flows.
Please try REST API Datapaths/{dpid}/flows [from HP VAN SDN Controller REST API doc- page 60] and let us know if you still face
the same error.

Thanks,
HP SDN Team

Re: Problem with Interface RESTful when trying to obtain "flow table" on a switch

Hello,

Yes I reproduce the problem on the RSdoc interface:

Request URL:

https://130.223.16.128:8443/sdn/v2.0/of/datapaths/00%3A14%3Af0%3A92%3A1c%3A21%3Afa%3Ac0/flows

Response Body:

{
"error": "java.lang.IllegalStateException",
"message": "Timed-out waiting for response"
}

Response Body:

500

Response Header:

Date: Mon, 31 Mar 2014 06:09:12 GMT
Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1
X-FRAME-OPTIONS: deny
Access-Control-Allow-Methods: GET, POST, PUT, HEAD, PATCH
Content-Type: application/json
Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *
Transfer-Encoding: Identity
Connection: close
Access-Control-Allow-Headers: Content-Type, Accept, X-Auth-Token

Notice that the problem occurs especially after the insertion of some Flow_mod in the switch, but not every time.
