Reg :Clarification in HP 2.2.5 VAN Controller Openflow1.3 support
Hi ,
I have been using proprietary Openflow switch emulator which will emulate Openflow messages. It was working fine with HP VAN 2.0 in both modes(OF1.0 and OF1.3) but now i have been experiencing problem in HP2.2.5 VAN controller with my switch emulator in OpenFlow 1.3 mode only.
HP VAN 2.2.5 Controller sends Pkt-out for PKT-IN from the switch emulator in Openflow1.0 mode but it does not sends the PKT_OUT and the switch also does not learnt/viewed in the Topology Viewer.
I have found that similar issue is discussed in the HP forums http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/SDN-Discussions/Internal-Server-Error-when-viewing-OpenFlow-Monitor-page/td-p/6440976
Could you please let me know if it's a controller issue or not? Currently the controller sends MULTIPART_REQUEST(with Switch Desc , PORT Desc and TABLE Feature) and the switch emulator handling all these message types and responding back with MULTIPART REPLY but still the switch ID could not be displayed in the Topology Viewer.
I have attached screenshot and log (/var/sdn/virgo/log.log) file for reference.
Thanks,
Subash Gandhi
