November Online Expert Day Schedule Now Available

The Online Expert Day is an event when HPE product, R&D, Support team members and other employees join our online forums to answer customers’ toughest technical questions on specific software products. Online Expert Days give customers a chance to talk directly with the HPE Experts!
Please note that these events will be held in the private forums, which are visible only to those customers who have a valid Support Agreement ID (SAID) tied to their HPE Passport profile and to internal users who have been granted access. All users must be logged into the community for the private forums to be visible.

How to access the private support forums:
To check if you have access to the entitled forums, you first need to check if the SAID (Support Agreement ID) that is in your HPE Passport profile is valid when you login to the community. Please follow these steps:

Once you have checked or added your SAID please do the following:

  • Go to 
  • Click on “Log in” , on the right hand side of your screen  Login using your HP Passport credentials
  • If this is the first time you access the community then you will be asked to define a screen name. This is how you will be recognized in the community.  
  • Once you are in the community, click on for the product forum you are interested in.  
  • You should see the product oriented support customer forum. This is the entitled forum that is only accessible to customers/partners with a valid SAID. In these forums we have HPE Support Engineers that are monitoring the forums and ready to address your questions.
