Be the King, Destroy the Babel and Explore New World

Those of you who have already tried HP Campaign Syndication Service (CSS) know it’s a digital marketing platform helping to connect with customers, let them engage and most importantly – measure their digital behavior. Initially focused on campaign execution and web content syndication, the CSS has been recently enhanced with HP Software Discover Performance newsletter. A bimonthly eZine which has become very popular in our enterprise accounts is now also available to HP Software partners for distribution to their customers.

Content is the King

Everyone agrees and yet it’s not a cliché. Good quality content makes the communication, and particularly a digital one, successful and turns the customers on. The challenge is to come up with strong content on a regular basis and maintain your customers’ attention. HP is coming to the rescue with the regular eZine packed with solution articles, industry expert opinions and customers’ interviews. Every release is built around a certain topic (such as DevOps recently) and it takes you four clicks to personalize and send it to your contacts. If you are an expert in the given topic, you can easily add your content to impress your customers with your expertise and experience. You are the King (or Queen) of the content!

Destroying the Tower of Babel

Do you know how many customers in EMEA speak English? I don’t, but I’d say a lot. Still those who are not native English are in the majority, and they like to communicate in their mother tongue. Since last year, HP has addressed this Tower of Babel and started to launch campaigns in nine languages other than English. The same is true for the Discover Performance newsletter which means your customers can now receive it in six major European languages. Sure, it’s far from all existing languages in the region, but chances are, they can read the content in their mother tongue. Give them a pleasure to savor it.

Explore new customers

Your website has got some great content and you know you get visitors but the problem you face is that you don’t know who they are. Running analytics on your website will help you to understand the organization they belong to. A couple of weeks ago the CSS gave you an opportunity to acquire further details about the visitors or seek other contacts in the same organization. This all comes from; a global business contact directory seamlessly linked to the CSS. It’s a powerful way to expand your database with people already interested in what you’re doing. Why wouldn't you want to explore this new world of potential customers?
