Returning software technology to a 5-star rating

It is amazing to see how technology is embedded into our lives—we use it for everything. Every day, I am surprised to see how many new fancy apps are released to help us in our day-to-day activities. My favorites are related to travel and retail (did someone say shoes?).


(BTW, would you download an application that has a bad rating or zero stars? Would you do business with a low-rated company? How the application is rated is now how we measure user satisfaction! Ratings are vital to the success of an app and a business in general. )


This change in how we use technology has also changed the way people relate to the organizations they do business with.  The true challenge lies with finding the best way to connect IT, business and the user so they can work successfully together in this competitive market.


Fitting the pieces together to make a better puzzle 


As the time passes and technology evolves, IT needs to adapt to the new world changes and keep pace with user needs. IT started to focus on business value a while ago, but what’s next? Now business value means customer satisfaction. It is vital to focus on the new user of IT.

The company went from a reactive to a proactive environment in just few months. The results were remarkable and they once again had a five-star rating!
