Command View 7 Licencing Error?

we just upgraded our CV6 to CV7. we followed our licence entitlement certificate and generated a licence code on the HP website etc etc.

however, we are licenced for 4TB. EVA reports that we have a storage capacity of 4TB. but the licencing screen reports that we are using nearly 6TB and that we have exceeded our licenced capacity.

where has it plucked the 6TB from?? and any ideas how we can fix this?
