HP StorageWorks Fibre Channel Array

I have configured Raid Array 4100, in W2K SP3 server, when I lunch the ACU utility I d'nt see the array controler.

On the EventLOg of Windows, I notice this EventID: 11
Also by booting whith SmartStart I do'nt see the array.

A little more info would help. Model server? What Smartstart version was the server last updated with. Is that sp3? why not sp4? What HBA? What Driver. Did you check the RA4100 compatibility matrix on the HP site? Have you tried moving the FC cable to another host? What's the Firmware version on the RA4100?
