Hp P2000 G3 : Controller B has not installed bundle version!!!

hi , i've p2000 g3 controller a is ok. but controller B is not. led dirty cach is fixed green and near led is fixed yellow  .

if i want to upgrade frimware    via controller a .  smu sow me controller B  has not bundle version ,  

i can not run smu with ip controller B. i assign 10.0.0.3 to controller B via cli but Controller b has not ip. ping result is not reply.

Q: how can install bundle version on controller B via controller A. with cli or smu?
