P2000 G3 Adding new disks in enclucure 2.

I am trying to add 11 new disks to my 2ed enclosure but when I plug them in they does not light up.

The enclusure is now filled with disks but is only showing the 14 that I had there before.

the disks is not responding physicaly or in the Storage Management Utility.

I have rescanned the disk chanels but there is no change.

Am I missing some thing?

May I know drive model and Firmware version running on the P2000

please take a photo of the cabling.

make sure the cabling is correct.

It mostly likely be firmware related.
Please verify the MSA firmware and the drive compatibility, it is available in respective release notes.
