StorageWorks 4/8 SAN Switch A7984A Old firmware

Good day.

I have StorageWorks 4/8 SAN Switch A7984A with 5.0.1 FW on board. For update FW even to v5.3.0d i need update to 5.1.x\5.2.x at firs. Where i can find FW v5.1\5.2 ?

 

Cannot upgrade directly to 5.3. Please upgrade to 5.1 or 5.2 first and then upgrade to 5.3.

 If i try update to v6.2.2e

ls: /fabos/cliexec/hashow: No such file or directory
Firmwaredownload failed. (0x29) The pre-install script failed.
