where can I download HiCommandCLI from?

where can I download HiCommandCLI from?

I need to run command line to get XP 12000 ARRAY infor. As far as I understand, HiCommandCLI can do it.

Where I can download the tool? Is this a free tool? and where I can find the detail on the installation and configuration?
