People,
Due to sudden power outage and not enough UPS power, my EVA 6300 is turned off abruptly today.
But then it comes back online again after the power resume in my Data Center, but then I got this error:
This is happening in both Controllers as above. There is no cables removed from the EVA array to the server HBA.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution>> There is no cables removed from the EVA array to the server HBA
Is it a direct connection between EVA and server?
Is the server already up and running?
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: After hard shutdown, now link to switch failed ?
Click on "More details" and check if Direct or Loop mode is set.

Re: After hard shutdown, now link to switch failed ?
@Torsten. yes, you are right. the server reboot was taking too long, hence it is not clearing it by itself within 1 hour.
After 1 hour of server reboot, everything is back to normal :-)

Re: After hard shutdown, now link to switch failed ?
Loop = Server is connected direct to the Array
Direct = Storage is connected to an FC-Switch
