EVA 4000 and 2008 Clustering

Currently trying to setup clustering on 2008 R2 but I get the error message

Failed at Validate SCSI-3 Persistent Reservation

The article below suggests that to fix it use the custom drop down in the EVA configuration but I don't have this option available. It looks like an older version of the EVA software. We're currently running a version of 9.04.00.110413.
