Fabric Manager is reporting that one of my Brocade switches has "failed to collect the physical inventory data for switch:xxxxxx. IP: aa.bb.cc.dd. Reason: CAL/XML request failed (Error: could not get EM inventory). I haven't been able to find anything about this particular error on the Internet or in any documentation. Has anyone else seen this?

Solution
Hi,
have you checked the network connectivity to the problematic switch?
if the Fabric Watch uses e.g. SNMP, can it be that the SNMP settings are not correct or the SNMP version is different or something like that?
