Getting "Error: possible agent / manager password issues" while issuing the "spmgr display -d" cmd

Hi,
I'd installed Secure Path 4.0c on windows host.In the spmgr cmd prompt issued the "spmgr display" command and getting "Error: possible agent / manager password issues".

In the Secure path manager ,I'm able to create new profile.But after adding the host to the profile,communication status and storage status on the top of the secure path home page become red marks.
And i'm not able to discover the luns.
Could any one please help me on this....

Getting "Authentication error for the hosts" also in the SPmanager home page.
