HP EVA 8000 COntroller Error  TC:8302206b IDX:LF PARAM 00:00000800

When I start up HP EVA 8000 controller the OCP panel give me below message

TC:8302206b IDX:LF

PARAM 00:00000800

OCP FIRMWARE FW:1.9 API:1.2

CONTROLLER 6.C EC0:0

Any Idea what is this and what the problem ?

Controller is bad. Needs to be replaced.

 

Termination Code: 8302206b
Severity: Critical -- failure or failure imminent. DOG non-fault tolerant hard error.

I sent the controller to our company workshop the engineer found some parts burnded as in attached photo

so we will request the spare parts required and check if it will work or not

some times that error appears when the controller blower FAN failed.The FAN Led color becomes Orange

This is (was) one of the battery connectors. The cause of the problem could be a leaking battery module. Those contain lead-acid batteries which are "nonspillable"

But since they spill some acid despite of the writing on the case (I guess the batteries can't read), that could damage the connector. A bit of corrosion due to the acid and relatively high currents and your connector melts.

That means you don't only need a new backplane board, you will also need a set of new batteries.
