HP EVA6000-A 2C4D Array Controller B became unmappable

Dear All

I have EVA 6000 , I got message Operational state: Attention(Initialized) .In folder Unmappable Hardware theare my Controller B.

Whats Wrong? why Controller B moved from Rack 1 to Unmappable Hardware folder?

What I need to check?

It's been a while since I've touched an EVA, but check your CAN bus.  That's the RJ-45 connections on the back of the controllers and disk shelves.

If all is connected, you may have a controller issue/pre-failure problem.
