Thanks so much for the advice. Unfortunately my coworker is a security-minded sort of chap and he most definitely changed all of the default passwords for the above-referenced accounts. I've tried all of the suggested username/passwords via SSH and still no joy. Further, the client seems to have lost the console cable, so I'm working on finding a replacement. Never easy is it?
I hope to be consoling into the SAN next Tuesday...updates as warranted!
