(SOM) Support Tip: OBR License Install fails with "No licenses found in license file..." error.

Hello SOM Community,

Here's another practicle tip for today.  Imagine the following scenario within your environment.

After obtaining the Operations Bridge Reporter (OBR) permanent license, the license fails to install.  It encounters the following error when executing the SHRLicenseManager command with the -install option .

[root@hostname bin]# ./SHRLicenseManager -install /tmp/license_OBR-15M^10.00_7584351.dat
PID:16348
License installation success
Listing Licenses :
No licenses found in license file or The license is expired
No License present
No License found.

You have confirmed that the IP Address of the OBR server is correct.

In this example, it was found that the System Time for the server was a couple of hours slow.  Once the system time was corrected on the server, the license installed correctly and properly.
